Seriously I was wondering who all reads my blog? not that it matters! Just curious! I was super busy today for the most part! I waited at Starbucks for 40 mins and neither appts showed up! Then I got home and listened to the messages and the 2nd lady had car trouble and showed up 4 minutes after I left, so I am going to give her one more chance and meet her again next Tuesday! I had two more appts this afternoon and I hired my first lady. I think she is going to work out well! I am so excited! I can't wait to get people out in the field! Woohoo!
Then I went to Kleervu with mom and dad and got some fried chicken and black eyed peas, and green beans, but I love their cornbread! So yummy! Then it was time to run errands and pick kids up from school!

The house is suffering from me ignoring it or being too tired or busy to get to it! I really need to spend tomorrow cleaning and doing laundry! We will see! LOL

Todays Happenins

Well Megan and I went to Wild Things this morning at Barfield Park! I don't think Cameron is ready to do the crafts and games yet! All he wanted to do was run around and climb on their craft tables! It was nice to see Megan though! Poor Mikayla was scared of me! Everytime I said something to her she started to cry! After Wild Things we took the kids to the Park and let them play until Cameron was tired!

Then I came home and of course got on the computer while Cameron was sleeping! I am sometimes so addicted to this thing, and at others I just don't even want to come near it! I think when I am not working it is harder for me to get on the computer! since I have to sit here for 5 hours at a time!

Well the phone call and email to my sister finally got to her, cause she called my mom today and said she was coming for my Dad's and her B'day! I am so glad and I think we need to throw a nice party for them both! I haven't talked to her since! I just want things to cool down first! More later!

Waiting

I have worked my business this morning! now what? I feel like I am just waiting and waiting on this dang insurance crap to go through! I have 4 interviews lined up for Thursday and I can't even send them out into the field until I have my insurance coverage! Then I still have to do the application with the state. I have people who are needing care and I have workers ready but I am just WAITING!

I am so ready to get this show on the road here! I am not even as scared as I was before about this. I know there is money to be made! I guess it is freaky that I am going to be the BOSS! Wow, that is crazy!

Family Wars

Well I finally had that talk with my sister today about how she never comes this way to visit all of her family down here and she hung up on me! How mature was that? I think she hung up cause she knew I was right! She got real defensive quick too! It is time for her to grow up! she has hurt all of her family down here by not coming to visit and making up excuses, however, she goes to Chicago to see her husbands family all the time! I know that he is the reason she has grown apart from us! He has such a hold on her and it is sad! I thought the only way I could let her know I was serious was to get mad about it! We shall see what comes of this!

High School

What was your high school like? Mine, was full of the most stuck up people you have ever met! I went to a rich high school and well, I did grow up not wanting for much but we still lived modestly! Yes, I had a car and my sister had a car (I drove a mustang)! But I went to school with kids who drove porches, and jags, and BMW's! I didn't care what they were driving, my mustang could take any of their cars any day! LOL! I am just trying to say that these kids were snobs!

So I haven't gone to any reunions and I was thinking by the time I hit 20 years I will want to go cause maybe there will be some sencerity there! Instead of look at how far I have come, trying to one up the other! Well this weekend while I was in FL I saw a guy I went to high school with. He was a total jock in HS! And well the guy he was with was an old friend of mine, I just remember making out with the guy at some party! Anyway, he was so nice to me, but the jock, totally blew me off like he didn't even know me after he said oh yeah Stephanie Northern! This just reminds me of how much I didn't like that crowd in HS! And if you looked at my year book you would see his face on every page, you know the one! Anyway, some of us do grow up and move on, and realize there is more to life than being rich, and stuck up and proving to the world how wonderful we are! I will go to my 20th and I will be nice to EVERYONE! Even, the jock!

This life!

So my ex BIL died Tuesday night! I found out today that he was an addict and had spent time in rehab! It is such a shame he never got ahold of his addiction! They think he took Xanex and about 7 Oxycotin, and then was drinking also! The kicker is they won't even get the toxoligy report for a couple of months! How messed up is that?

Caleb and I are leaving tomorrow to spend the weekend in Fl and attend the funeral! I will be staying with Beth, and going to a wine tasting tomorrow night and a tacky prom on Saturday night and then the funeral is on Sunday! Caleb is going to spend the weekend with his dad and that side of the family! Then we will come home on Monday! I am glad I get some alone time with Caleb, it will be nice to get away with just the two of us and well then I get some alone time for me with Beth! And that will be awesome and something I need badly!

Justin starts K tomorrow! I cryed twice tonight at the Parent orientation! I am so happy and sad all at the same time. I know he is going to love K but I am going to miss him and then at the same time I am happy to have a break! You other moms know what I mean!

School Rules

I am so happy with Blackman Schools! Caleb got my friend Tiffany's husband for his homeroom teacher and he teaches science and I think Justin is going into DK which is what I wanted for him! The principal at the Elem school was so sweet to him and to us and I hear that she will know my name in a matter of days! She is so good with the parents! I am ready for a good school year for both my kiddos!

The day sure is longer when you get up early! I guess no more sleeping in for the summer now that school is here! I got some things done today this morning but then this afternoon when it is so hot outside, I got tired came in and took a nap! I seemed to get more done this morning so my new plan is to get up and get the most important things for the day done right away!

Speaking of which, I still haven't mailed Shannon her flute yet! Melissa is going to be if she isnt' already super mad at me! I still haven't had it out with her yet, but it is coming soon I feel! I need to mail the flute tomorrow! then I can have that long awaited convo with the sister!

ADHD

So I am waiting for my Doctor to get the files from my Counselor on where I had the testing done for Adult ADD! I am wanting to get on the meds for this because I have taken Calebs and I notice that when I take them I feel better! Like maybe I dont' need to be on an Antidepressant! Maybe I just needed ADD meds! When I take them I get up and do stuff that needs to get done, and well when I don't it is very difficult for me! I also feel more outgoing and more like myself! So I wish my Dr. would hurry up! I need my pills man!

Well I apparantly am not blogging enough for some of my friends! Which is great, I love to be held accountable and it is nice to know that people really do read about my lovely life! So What have I been doing lately! Well Saturday night JJ and I went out to dinner at our new favorite restaurant The Bonefish Grill! And yes we drank two bottles of wine! So then I said come on honey we are going to Coconut Bay! And I can't believe it but he went so we sat in there and drank even more, now let me tell you my husband doesn't drink much so he was drunk! HAha! well then we went home and do I need to say what we did next? So here is a picture of us at the Bonefish Grill after about 1 1/2 bottles of wine!

Business, Business!

So today I have to work on getting my business moving! Oh the money it takes to start a business, its outrageous! I got a quote for the insurance today! $2625.00! Ouch! I knew it would be high, but I don't even know if I can afford that! I need to call Stacey and see if that is in the same ballpark that she pays! Well, I also need to go and do my background check at the Sherrifs office today! I am just waiting for JJ to get home so I can run up there! I also need to go and find a 2-line telephone for my house! I got all the jacks in my house set up yesterday to handle a 2-line phone and I now have my business phone #! Yippee! I am signing off on my add for the phone book, as I type this! So things are moving along!

I guess the next step is to work on getting some business cards and brochures, and I think I am going to start by printing my own since money doesn't grow on trees! I also need to get some classified ads to start hiring some staff! Wow, this is crazy! I can't believe I am actually doing this! So exciting and scarey at the same time! I feel like such a grown up, more than I did teaching, lol! Okay, off to work I must go!
